(1939 - 1972)

He was 33 when he died. He left behind a wife and a baby. He was a native of Israel.

He began his sports career at a young age at "Hapoel Haifa," and he excelled at wrestling in both his association and on Israel's team. Thanks to him, during the 1960s, the City of Carmel had the best wrestling team in Israel.

For 8 years, he was youth and adult champion in both free style and Greco-Roman style. He represented Israel in international competitions and won a gold medal at the Maccabiah Games.

After he completed his military service, he graduated from the Wingate physical education academy. Afterward, he joined the faculty as an educational counselor and the administrative staff of the Wingate Institute.

He trained the "Hapoel Tel Aviv" wrestling team, as well as the national team. He invested a great deal of effort in training two Russian immigrants - Eliezer Halfin and Mark Slavin, who were murdered along with him in Munich.

He was laid to rest in Petach Tikva.
